I have tried low salt and no drinking and nothing makes it bad and or good. Not drinking too much water helps a lot. Drinking liquor helps a lot not that you should become a heavy drinker because of it. I think anything that Dehydrates you HELPS A LOT.

I have had meniers for a long time and was getting on okay till my repeats of medication was stopped and now my condition going backwards . I am now alone with a dog as hubby died last year so hoping I can come right again if I can get the right medication
